Fill in the principal office address (can be updated later).
Specify the mailing address, which can be the same as the principal office.
Identify the Initial Registered Agent and provide their physical Florida address (not a P.O. Box). Obtain their written consent.
Confirm the share structure is appropriate for your business, or adjust the authorized shares and par value if needed.
Complete the Incorporator’s name and signature at the bottom.
Once filed, hold an organizational meeting to adopt bylaws, appoint directors and officers, and issue shares.
